      What are BCCAs?

      BCAAs are known as Branched Chain Amino Acids and are made up of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. This famous trio are known as essential amino acids which means our body doesn’t create them but needs them. BCAAs are extremely well researched within the sports nutrition industry so you won’t regret trying our winning formula which includes 4.5g micro refined Leucine, 2.3g Isoleucine and 2.3g Valine alongside 1.6g Glutamine and 2g Glycine.

      Usage

       1 x level scoop to 375ml of cold water, shake for 10 seconds and let settle for 10 seconds.
